HOTEL RULES
BADGES AND LANYARDS
All convention attendees must wear their EACYPAA lanyard while on the hotel property. We appreciate your cooperation as this will allow our Security Team to be able to operate most effectively. Lanyards must be visible upon entrance into any convention event (exception of Pre-Con Boat Party). Please visit the Registration Table adjacent to Starbucks to pick up your lanyard and welcome bag and head to the decorating station located across from the Merch Table. No one will be turned away from any EACYPAA event (not to include Pre-Con or Sunday Banquet) based on their inability to pay. Scholarships are available from the generous contributions of A.A. members and A.A. groups. Anyone needing a scholarship should head to Registration where a Host Committee Member will be happy to assist.
COURTESY ANNOUNCEMENT
Please be courteous of all other guests. Remember there are other guests staying in the hotel that are not participating in the convention. Please try to keep the noise level down around the hotel rooms. Be mindful and respectful of the other guests. This may be the only representation of A.A. that they may see. We do not have exclusive use of the pool so please be mindful of that as well.
SMOKING AND VAPING
NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the hotel. Please ONLY smoke in the designated area which is located OUTSIDE OF THE SOUTH ENTRY DOORS. Anyone who is caught smoking or vaping inside the hotel or in your room is subject to a $500.00 clean-up fee.
CONFETTI/SMOKE/GLITTER CANNONS
Please refrain from the use of any confetti, smoke, or glitter cannons on hotel property. The Host Committee will incur a cleaning fee of $500 for each instance, as well as jeopardize the relationship between the Hotel Management and the Host Committee. We know that they are fun and exciting, but please help us leave a good impression of AA on our event space. Thank you.

Lost & Found will be located at the Registration Table. Please see any HOST Committee Member or Security Team Volunteer to hand off any found items.
